Income limits for: RD Multi-Family Housing properties. 

Income limits for the Guaranteed 538 Program 

The effective date of the revised income limits is March 19, 2008. 

Tax Rebates received by tenants from President Bush’s economic stimulus program are not to be counted as income since it is considered temporary, nonrecurring or sporadic income. 














The 2008 annual conference has been scheduled for November 19th and 20th!

























Tennessee Association of Affordable Housing was founded in 2006 as a non-profit organization.   TAAH is a state affiliate of The Council for Affordable and Rural Housing (CARH).   TAAH is commited to providing a voice for its members by working with Rural Development and other state and federal agencies to promote and preserve affordable housing in the state of Tennessee.
