Update From Multifamily Development Division

Good Afternoon THDA Multifamily Participants,

On January 24, 2017, THDA's Board of Directors approved the following amendments to the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit 2017 Qualified Allocation Plan. These amendments are:

  1. Sevier County Disaster Relief
  2. Initial Application Deadline extended to May 1, 2017 for 9% LIHC Competitive applications with the exception of those applicants applying in the Innovation Set-aside
Both of these amendments can be found in the THDA Board of Directors materials that is available at https://thda.org/about-thda/board-meeting-materials. The Multifamily Programs Division is preparing further instructions which will address concerns related to these changes.
